Owner-Operator Registration Instructions

In this section, we ask for your basic contact details:

• Full Name — Please enter your full legal name.
• Phone Number — Provide a number where we can reach you.
• Email Address — Enter an email you check regularly.

This information helps us contact you about campaign opportunities and updates.

We need to know if you own or lease the vehicle you’re registering:

• If you own the vehicle, simply select “Yes”.
• If you don’t own but lease the vehicle, you must have full responsibility for its use (e.g., under a lease agreement where you control how the vehicle is used).

⚠️ Important: If the vehicle is owned by a company (like your employer), you need to get written approval from the company management allowing you to participate in our advertising program. We must ensure that every driver has legal permission to post advertisements on their vehicle.

In this section provide the make and the model of your vehicle.

Select the type of vehicle you’re registering. Options include: Utility Van, Conventional Van, Cube Van, City Delivery Truck, Step-in Van, Single-Axle Truck, Other (if your vehicle doesn’t fit into these categories)

Next, you’ll need to select the size of your vehicle: Van or 10-26 feet box truck, Other (if none of these apply)

Choosing the correct size helps us plan which advertisements fit best on your vehicle.

This section is important. You’ll be asked to declare:

• Are there any existing images, messages, or branding on your vehicle’s cargo area?
• Is there any graffiti on the vehicle?
• Is there any damage on the cargo area? (You will indicate the side: Left, Right, or Back)

🔎 Details You Need to Know:

• If your vehicle has large damages, we may not be able to use that specific side for advertising.
• If the damage is small or near an edge, we may still be able to place advertisements.
• If there’s graffiti, we can still post ads, but we'll design the poster to cover the entire affected area. You will also need to describe any damage (size, location) in a text box and upload clear pictures of your vehicle.
