By submitting your initial details through the online form on our Contact Page, we’ll learn about your location, goals, and vision for the campaign. From there, our team will contact you to confirm and refine the information, ensuring your message is ready to move with purpose and impact.

This first step helps us design a campaign that fits your timeline, marketing goals, and creative vision — setting the foundation for a high-impact and long-lasting advertising partnership.
If you plan to run your campaign for 6–12 months, we can include seasonal updates to keep your message timely and engaging. For a 6-month campaign, you’ll receive one initial poster design plus one update; for a 12-month campaign, you’ll receive up to three seasonal updates throughout the year. These updates allow you to modify up to two-thirds (⅔) of the text while keeping the background design static and unchanged. If your poster uses a plain background, only the text portion can be replaced or refreshed during updates. This ensures brand consistency while allowing flexibility for time-sensitive promotions like holiday sales or seasonal offers. (Conditions apply.)

The agreement outlines all responsibilities, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. This step eliminates uncertainties, establishes transparency, and provides a solid foundation for successful collaboration between the advertiser and Ads In Motion.

After clarifying your campaign goals, we’ll evaluate your submitted artwork or design one that perfectly represents your brand. Our designers bring energy, creativity, and precision to every campaign. This step ensures your ad is not only beautiful but ready to turn heads wherever it travels.

- Your poster must remain neutral toward other companies and avoid any violent, explicit, or offensive messages.
- All text should be accurate and error-free, including contact details such as phone numbers, address, or website.
- Colors must be properly balanced to maintain visibility, readability, and contrast across various lighting conditions.
- The design must follow our Poster Design Specifications.
If you don’t have a design ready, our designers can create a high-quality, brand-consistent poster that draws attention and builds recognition wherever your ad travels.

Once your poster design is approved, we coordinate the production and installation across selected trucks in our trusted driver network. Every truck is inspected for cleanliness and condition before your ad is applied, ensuring your brand is represented with professionalism and care.

After installation, your campaign officially begins its journey on real roads, highways, and urban routes — delivering your message directly to everyday audiences. We monitor campaign activity by collecting mileage reports from drivers and provide you with bi-weekly performance summaries through our website dashboard or email reports.

When your campaign reaches the end of its scheduled period, we coordinate with our partner print shops and drivers to ensure a smooth and professional transition. Whether your ad needs to be removed, refreshed, or replaced with a new design, our team manages the entire process from start to finish.
Most campaigns run for 1 to 3 months, but many clients choose to extend or renew based on performance results. We also offer seasonal updates and limited-time refreshes for holidays and special events — such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Canada Day, Halloween, or Remembrance Day — keeping your brand relevant and engaging year-round.
